San Francisco, CA | Speakeasy Small Biz Customer Humm, interesting. I am actually a Speakeasy Small Biz customer and one of the reasons i went with them was the SLA for the SDSL line. After having a major outage with an ADSL line caused by Covad screwing up had me pissed off.
But its nice to see more people getting in this market as I have not always been too happy with Speakeasy. Recently while moving we thought we should give Speakeasy a try with our phone service, and after misrepresenting the services (like the fact they would help us port our 1800 number, which they wont on Small Biz VOIP, only if you get the $1000 one) I just to just keeping them for my SDSL line.
If ATT had an SLA I would jump on this service in a blink.
