Particularly read the comments as I'm the writer ~RC there,
this is my BBR account. I can say without hesitation that when you mention something is wrong, and the CEO himself follows up on the issue - it's greatly appreciated. It really shows things are being handled at the top most levels with a personal touch and in a intelligent manner.
