| Does 3Web cable throttle P2P traffic?
I have searched for all posts on forums, but can't get a definitive answer.
Is 3web's CABLE service, being on leased Rogers line, throttle P2P traffic? What about newsgroup traffic?
Secondly, I notice that 3web doesn't offer "Platinum" service in the GTA, despite those speeds being offered by Rogers - is this just due to an un-updated website? |

North York, ON | CIA is unthrottled since you'll be on their own network. Rogers could throttle them, but has not done so.

Please confirm my unthrottled ISP options, which I believe are:
- 3Web Cable
- Acanac DSL (using SSH tunneling)
- Teksavvy DSL (using MLPPP)
- Primu DSL (providing im on GCC ADSL2+ profile and have the Triple Value Bundle) |

they're not throttled, torrents going at ~200kps |

I live in M1B, I've torrets downloading in excess of 800KB/s combined, right now I'm getting a file at 283kb/s.
Had 3web for a couple of years and has been the same. |
