roberthuang : Hi All,

I'm a 3web Golden Cable user and live in North York. I used to get over 200K download speed via emule(a p2p software).

My internet was cut off 2 days ago. I called 3web and they sent a ticket to Rogers. Yesterday afternoon my internet came back. I noticed they assigned me a different IP address. The problem is, my p2p download speed degraded a lot. I only got 10k download speed last night.
