Why would you buy a business account is there was no SLA? Might as well buy the home version.
Because not everyone wants to pay the price of an SLA. Its not cheap. Check T1s for pricing. Small Business Customers want cheap without the added hoopla..only when the service is down do they act like they spending all the money in the world, and want their service up yesterday.
