Re: I want to learn how to buff a car. Clay bar doesn't remove scratches. It can pull loose paint, clearcoat and debris/dirt out of the scratches though. And if not used properly it can leave extra scratches.

4. Clay bars are reusable until you can no longer get a clean surface after molding the clay into a pad.
