Not sure what it takes to be "Unix", but AuspexOS is just as much "Unix" as SunOS. In fact, AuspexOS is nothing more than a 'hacked' version of SunOS 4.
I'd also qualify NeXTStep as "Unix". Unless the GUI somehow disqualifies it.

You have got to be kidding on that one?.... 2000 or NT maybe. I had almost forgotten ME even EXISTED, and for what a YEAR... an ill fated maybe most incompatible ever stop gap to much ballyhooed but not quite ready for prime time XP (Not that it ever really was either but Pro for a SPECIFIC function biz/set)
Like any Winblows... repeatedly install and (though said so never really did fully) uninstall stuff FORGET IT...WIN certainly did eventually

Hardware plays a huge part in an OS's stability. I've been running Dell Precision workstations for years with XP and they are rock-solid.
FWIW, Microsoft takes a lot of blame for the problems people encounter on their ChinaMart computers and their cheesy drivers. |

Not one of those listed is a Unix operating system.
I happen to disagree with most stable, especially Windows ME.
I do agree with OS/2; I still use OS/2, actually eCS. |
