| [billing] Renewing after 1st year? Help.
My 1st year is almost up and a link came up by my info when I logged on to my verizon.net account. So I clicked on it to renew it and it went to the renew page and I choose to have the Service plan for wireless modem/router $2.49 added to my renew also. When I clicked the button to submit it, it went to a page that told me my request was submitted, and that was it. A few days latter the renew link was still there as nothing was done. I called verizon billing and they said you have to wait till it's closer to your contract date. I still have almost 3 weeks.
So I'm wondering will I be able to renew online, insted of dealing with calling customer service?
Can I keep the same price I have now or does it go up?
And also if there are any special promotions going on, like when your a new user, will I be able to take advantage of those, or do they have special renewal offers?

Brooklyn, NY | I've found the best way is the call customer service and tell them you are going to cancel service because cable has a great offer and ask if they have a promotion that they will offer you to consider staying with VZOD. |
