I don't need the Exchange server to provide Pop3. I just wanted to know if it was possible to just forward the POP3 email to the exchange server.

| The only draw back to pulling email from a 3rd party into your Exchange environment is that the shortest interval is like 10 or 15 minutes.
I would suggest that if they own the domain name, they point their MX record to their server and setup secure POP3 or IMAP access. -- Never shall innocent blood be shed, yet the blood of the wicked shall flow like a river.
