After Speedfactory's "mini" outage that followed the 72-hour outage, my email wouldn't download to outlook express. (Since I also have an unrelated email account and was still receiving SOME of my email, I didn't realize this until later). Speedfactory said they'd have it fixed the next day...yesterday.... haven't yet...guess I'll move to ATT ...at least I won't get sold down the river again...
