| THis also doesn't address another issue too. What about the people who use private VPN tunnels with encryption with a VPN provider that doesn't care(europe)? What does the RIAA/MPAA do about that one? or can they? Theory suggests they cannot do anything. So what's to keep them from going outside of USA's stupid laws? They would have to snoop all VPN traffic and De-encrypt it.
