I have had this provider for almost a year. Too many outages. Can't call long distance. Lot's of International long distance outages. Never anyone in customer service. Do yourself a big favor, Run don't walk away from Vonics.
the service works may be 4 days a week, and international calls works 2 days a week.....this company just took money for nothing.....no service, no customer service, no technical support......nothing......stay away from vonics
