Considering that most of the people in place are still running on liberal appointee's who can say. In the end, it's all appointee run and it's a mix of liberals and conservatives right now in the highest seats. However, the liberals have had the dominating power for years that means that the overall lean of the CRTC is liberal, that includes lawyers. And since the liberals have done exactly the same thing in the past, I'm sure you can guess where this will go.
Canadians are generally too apathetic to do anything until it's too late.
