Tomato 1.19

* Removed route hash size changes. This seems to have caused overflow and "rusty's brain broke" errors for some people.
* Fixed disabled GUI button was not dimmed.
* Updated DST for France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Sweden timezones.
* Updated L7 patterns 2008-02-20.
