I know they did in certain areas a couple years ago when they were Cebridge. I would say it depends on what area you live in.

Viruses and spyware can be dealt with easily with the proper knowledge and programs. Just download to a specific folder and scan it with your AV and some of the free updated anti-whatevers. SuperAntiSpyware, A-squared anti-malware have served me well. If it's something really questionable and it's under 10MB, upload it to VirusTotal or Jotti to be checked with multiple scanners.
