| I'm sure you've read the reviews of the G. Skill Ram on Newegg. The stuff is fantastic for the price. I just built a machine with a Gigabyte P35 DS3P motherboard and used the G. Skill F2-6400CL5D 4 gig kit. You can overclock if you stay under 1000 and I was also able to tighten the timings to 4-4-4-12 with no problem. Awesome bang for the buck. |

| Also, to put a bit more context to my previous post:
I run the Abit IP35-Pro with a Q6600 G0 with 4 sticks of the G.skill at 9x400, with the RAM:FSB at 1:1.25. I haven't tried to hit anything higher than 500mhz with those sticks, but the best timings I could do was 5-5-5-13 at 2.1v.
Some newegg reviews said they got them lower, but for that price of 2GB sticks, they run solid. |

Mine ran rather warm when I started messing with the voltage. So I dropped it back down since it is brand new. Do you have an aftermarket heatsink on it? |

I have a TRUE on it with a Panaflo M1 120mm.
Temps for Core0 are 38-40C idle, 52C under load. The other cores are generally 4-5C lower. |
