It looks like QWEST is the main ILEC. Are there any other ILEC's and what CLEC's cover the area? Who is the cable company and is their service any good?

Dad is not real hip on cable companies - I think he would prefer sat over cable. He might be hip on using WildBlue but if he gets VOIP then that would not be a a good solution otherwise all he needs is decent download speeds - no gaming so latency is not a real issue unless he tried to use VOIP over WildBlue.
