Graphics → convert color at once on different images??

Does anyone know if there is a plugin for photoshop that can change the color on different images all at once? If you look at the file I attached I would like to be able to change the blue glow to green. The problem is I have over 250 images that need converted and doing them one at a time is a PIMA.

Any idea?

The easiest way would probably be to write an an action, then run the action on the batch.

Basically it records the steps you use on the picture so you don't have to repetitively do them.
