| Charter Sucks BigTime Was going to start their HSI service, but after reading this twice-no problem Karl-I am going to stay with the slower, more dependable and non-invasive Qwest DSL. I am a bout two steps from dumping Charter video too and moving to satellite. Paul Allen should either sell this company to some one who can run it properly or get off his ass and manage it himself and make it run properly!
