I go there occasionally to see what email might be in the inbox(yeah, I used the email once or twice), and to check CDV calls/voicemails.
Plaxo? Meh. I looked at it once... kinda.

| Yeah, it's handy having a place to check email and voicemail remotely. Combining the two into one site makes sense.
If they could get some of the functionality that's in mail clients like Thunderbird into their website (like setting up rules for handling mail or the ability to grab email from other domains) then it might be worth looking at.
Setting up your DVR online is kind of cool. It would be nice to be able to do that remotely.
I'll check it out once they get it up and running.
I don't really ever look at the rest of the site, but it's hard to argue against an ISP providing a place to check and manage emails. Providing a full-fledged portal isn't really what I'd like my ISP to be doing, but this smartzone thing sounds like it could be neat depending on how it works.
