How about you guys focus on making your network more robust, so you don't have to impose limits on your customers?
There are millions of people who do use ISP portals, and ISP webmail. I personally dont, however I would argue that the majority of normal users (ie. people who DONT visit this site) are happy with their ISP portals and other services.
