| [MLB] Another rookie signs a monster deal
Brewers just signed Ryan Braun to an 8 year, 45 million dollar contract.
Some of these contracts are really going to bite these teams in the ass. I actually took a gander at the ROTY list, and all the guys from 2004-2007 are doing pretty good, but where's 2003 AL ROTY Angel Berroa these days? Or how about 2002 AL ROTY Eric Hinske? 2002 NL ROTY Jason Jennings? One of these days a small payroll team is going to bankroll a big-time rookie and really eat it on the other end.
