Just tried to "opt out" and I guess this isn't working in all areas. Message told me that "Charter was not offering enhanced browsing experience" in my neigborhood and would notify me when they do so I can "opt out".

I'm in Long Beach CA

Time to switch to FIOS.
They sell YOUR data to the goverment....
So does Time Warner and Roadrunner cable..point being?

also the data would be invalid under one of the Fourth Amendment
