Well making available and sharing are two different beasts. However, as I said before, the RIAA can send someone to download the file and then claim it's now been shared. I wouldn't put that past them either which way. Anyhow, maybe these people should try other methods outside of p2p. Bittorent? Newsgroups?.... just some suggestions.
