patcat88 join:2002-04-05 Jamaica, NY kudos:1 1 edit	Its easy to tunnel over DNS, or HTTPS. Are they going to ban HTTPS ? Only outright bandwidth caps can stop geeks. Although remember most college students are too poor to afford their own servers in datacenters.
