you stand in front of a car when someone is trying to get away from you then you get ran over. common sense to me not to stand in front of the car.
She did get away from the group and (allegedly) turned the car around, driving right at them at 30 mph. Common sense to me says she could've kept driving. I'm shocked...SHOCKED that alcohol was involved.
