Re: No sympathy from me I bagged the movie channels from Comcast and did not sign up for them when we switched to VZ. There were occasional shows we watched (Carnival, Deadwood, Sopranos) but not enough to justify the cost.
I missed those occasional shows but now I see HBO is selling through iTunes.
So a weekly show x $3 = $12/month. A little less than I was paying for the channel subscription in the first place. Still not really worth it, but getting better. If HBO were to sell an episode for $1, the cost savings would definitely make it worthy for me to buy.
Til then, no such shows for me.
