To be considered a HD channel in counts a channels programming MUST be a least 1080i 50% of the time[im talking TRUE 1080i, not stretch - o - vision or zoom - o - vision]

I can make any channel i want 'pseudo HD' by using stretch on the TV then HD zoom on the cable remote.

Actually the 15 pulled VOOM channels were 100% HD content running at 16:9 1080i.
