I see you already posted in Direct. I think something's really messed up and if you don't want to wait for Direct to get to you, which will probably be early next week, call in to support and try to get bumped to Tier2 ASAP. 304 kbps is really substandard.

ive ran a lot of different speed test and they are all around the 300kbps speed.

But something seems wrong if your AT&T speed test only shows 324k. For a 1984 sync rate you should be seeing around 1.6Mbps (1600kbps). i just signed back on to att from charter. i used to have sbc dsl for a while. i had this problem before. it seems that they were capping my download speed. I was able to have it fixed through this site before.

I just signed up to a pro account.
im only getting 324k download speed and 433k upload on all test (att speed test, pcpitstop, and the test on this site.)

I didnt think it was possible to have a higher upload speed than download speed.

why do we always have this problem. how can it go from "up to 3mbps" to only 324K?
