At first I thought it might be an issue with my inside wiring, so I ran a brand new 8' length of Cat5e straight from the demarc into a brand new jack, but the DSL modem is still showing  300K downstream, ~600K upstream (according to AT&T's own test web site). <br><br>Sheesh, I wish I'd read this thread BEFORE signing up! ]]></description>

A Pro DSL circuit will sync at 3008kbps, but because of overhead you'll only see download speed tests around 2500kbps. And when you download files, your browser will report bytes, not bits like the speedtests. So a full Pro file download speed will be reported by your browser at around 300KBps.<br><br>But something seems wrong if your AT&T speed test only shows 324k. For a 1984 sync rate you should be seeing around 1.6Mbps (1600kbps).  Can you run that one again just to be sure?]]></description>
