| telephone not ringing Does anyone know how to send the magicjack back? I've tried to contact tech support to resolve the issues I'm having and for four hours I stayed on the phone with the same results. First no dial tone , then phone not ringing. Tech told me to buy another phone (GE) they work the best.  | |

this looks like a common problem for that device.

This sounded like a catch 22. You don't want the bad service and try to get your $$$ back and the company ignores your request to send you an RMA. As such, you stay as a customer. they are tired of working with a company that doesn't help them. they want someone who will answer their questions and take care of their customers.

| I received my RMA information, I will send this device back today. I'm glad I'm not the only one that was having problems with it. If I am successful in returning it I will post the results.  | |
