Looks like the RIAA has to sign a check

Sometimes the justice does work for the little guy.

The RIAA are going to have to realize that they can be held accountable for their stupidity and they are subject to the laws already on the books.

Thats funny.

This just means the MPAA and RIAA will have to change more laws so this doesn't happen again.
