This sounded like a catch 22. You don't want the bad service and try to get your $$$ back and the company ignores your request to send you an RMA. As such, you stay as a customer. Wow, this is a nice way to make $$$$$$.

they are tired of working with a company that doesn't help them. they want someone who will answer their questions and take care of their customers.
