You may want to restart your cable/dsl modem and then restart your device. With the weather that everyone has been having, it will cause havoc with your internet connection, which will cause havoc with your gizmo. |

I think it is kinda funny that all these people are having problems with their TB service, but their tech support refuses to admit that they are having a problem. These people are all in different areas so his weather excuse can not be accurate at all unless it was weather related on TB end. |

TB needs to fess up. they bit off more than they could chew. their website hasn't been updated in months, and nearly a year later, they're still not taking new subscribers, only losing them.
