You may want to restart your cable/dsl modem and then restart your device. With the weather that everyone has been having, it will cause havoc with your internet connection, which will cause havoc with your gizmo.

I have been having this problem for at least a few days now, I have power cycled everything.

is there a fix? teleblend isn't open on the weekends.

I think it is kinda funny that all these people are having problems with their TB service, but their tech support refuses to admit that they are having a problem. These people are all in different areas so his weather excuse can not be accurate at all unless it was weather related on TB end.

this is a joke, right? i mean, come on. yes, weather can cause problems w/ connections, but if the user's internet connection is up and running ok, but his TB service isn't, I don't think the little weather demons are sitting on the telephone poles shooting the packets destined for TB.

TB needs to fess up. they bit off more than they could chew. their website hasn't been updated in months, and nearly a year later, they're still not taking new subscribers, only losing them.
