LOL....I was wondering how long it would take for someone to say that.

From my time playing tourist at Gatorland in Orlando a couple years ago, I think that's a crocodile as alligators, at least those in the US, have more rounded snouts rather than the longer, pointer one of a crocodile. Being a tourist is the perfect time to learn info you never know might come in handy.
