[BT] Azureus causing other applications to broadcast

Anyone know why this happens or what is causing it?

Basically, when running Azureus, I have other applications
wanting to send outgoing broadcast packets to 224.0.0.22.
It can be pretty much anything that is running, even those
that don't normally require Internet access. And it only
occurs if Azureus is running.

Could this have something to do with the implementation
of UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) in Azureus?

It's just a multicast address.

Probably not being used for anything real, but I don't know why your other applications are involved.
