Even CDMA phones outside North America have SIM-equivelent cards, sometimes Verizon/Sprint phones have left over card slots under the batteries, although they are useless because of firmware and network design, although if you can find a FW to flash the phone, you can take it to a country with RUIM CDMA networks. |
