Re: No sympathy from me Yup - you'd have to be 'up' on the hill in that area (I.e. top of Copper Hill). I did an 'easy' test, and went to Walmart and bought some gear. If it didn't work, return it.
I tried a few different types - Philips plain rabbit ears gave me 4-9 channels indoors. RCA indoor/outdoor antenna didn't give me anything in or outdoors (POS). Philips MANT510 with 50dB gain gave me ~13 channels indoor, and now 36-40 on the roof.
