BUT you must have a OEM key other then a Dell OEM to properly activate it. If you use the Dell OEM key on another brand/make motherboard/BIOS the activation will come back with a error that the key is tied to specific manufactures hardware which you are not using.

If you're prompted for a PID, you will need to enter the PID on the COA label on the case.

You'll have to match the OS install disk to the PID you have.
