Re: sbb direct is being discontinued in san jose as of 7/31/08 I received an email today that service will be discontinued in Phoenix on 7/31/08. I am a bit bummed as I have owned this IP address for a long time now. The only thing that would turn this lemon into lemonade would be if FIOS were to be offered in my area. I'd leave Sprint for that.
Other interesting thing is that in their email, Sprint offered up their EVDO mobile service as a substitute for the soon-to-be-defunct wireless broadband service... |
