criminis : In the NEO division, when they did the channel re-alignment they shipped new guides with "blue" colored channels on them. These were labeled "Choice Tier $5.00/month." NEO did not start enforcing this new tier until recently. Choice Tier includes PBS Sprout, 2 other cartoon stations, DIY ch 158, Fine Living ch 159, and 2 or 3 faith/religious channels.

I mention this because service calls have jumped considerably due to this, and the call center not having a clue what is going on.

Vchat20 : Last I checked it was still around and working as of a couple days ago. In the NEO area here as well with the basic digital package.

Just a rough guess, but have you tried rebooting the box to see if it came back in? I had a similar case happen in opposite when we first got our Mystro HD box and all of the premium movie channels were unlocked until a forced reboot and then they all returned to the usual 'call in and order this channel' message. Managed to get a few HD movies recorded in that time that I've never seen. >>

Otherwise, you can always call up CS and see if they can't be of any help as it is, indeed, an odd case. And I don't think Sprout was ever destined for a special pay-for tier past the digital service requirement.
--
I swear, some people should have pace-makers installed to free up the resources.
Zupper : We had our channel lineup change, and I was glad to see the addition of PBS Sprout. That channel worked right after the transistion, but a few days later, it now says I need to call sales to get it activated.

What package does it belong to? I have looked at the "local" pricing pamphlets that are online, but their package names don't match what is on my bill. According to my bill, I have some "Digital Value" package, with Digital Tier and HD Tier. I was told this meant all the digital channels, except the obvious premiums such as movies, PPV, and sports packs.

Why don't I get this ONE channel of the 10 or so kids channels?

I thought I would at least ask here first, in case someone had some insight, before I try to call TWC.

TIA for any input.
