[BT] Reversed IP addresses trying to connect

I am currently seeding three different torrents. On one of
them, something weird is going on with the tracker, so that for
example, if BBR's IP 209.123.109.176 had an established
connection, there might also be a connection attempt from
176.109.123.209. I'm pretty sure that this isn't the client,
but seems to be buggy tracker software. The tracker that is
doing this belongs to cat5connection.com. The only other
tracker I'm connected to is the Pirate Bay, and this is not
happening with them.

Anyone else see this happen with any torrents? You likely
wouldn't notice unless you looked at a specific one, and the
seeds/peers that were connected.
