It does seem directional in a strange way. At point A I get a good signal, assigned an IP but cannot get online, At point B all works great. As you can see these two spots are close to each other.
Edit: I picked up the signal for the first time on Market Ln. Behind point A with one bar, acquired IP but couldn't connect.
By the looks of the antenna on the BelAir model, it looks like it is very directional.
