<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1347115"><b>Russell_</b></A> : Anyone notice a difference in quality after the recent Freedigits outage?  Quality used to be excellent before the outage.  The couple of calls I've received after the outage have left something to be desired.  I do agree that it's tough to judge based on a couple of calls so I thought I'd ask if anyone else notice such behavior?<br><small>--<br>Russell</small>]]></description>
