It would seem the RIAA is going to actually have to prove somebody actually shared the files, The making them available argument is not holding water anymore. It is about time this short of thing happens. I have a hunch with these cases getting decided in these way the class action lawyers are going to see an opportunity to extract a bunch of cash out of the recording industry representing all of the people who have paid off because of the threat letters from the RIAA. This is going to get juicy
