Coaxial splitter

I currently have a coaxial outlet in my house that would be the perfect place for a TV. However, it is currently being used by my computer's network, so the coaxial outlet is full.

Is there a splitter or something that can make it so that I can use this outlet for both the computer's Internet access and this TV?
