| I didn't receive anything about it, but I'm not on a TP, I just subscribe to all three services. According to the site, I should be eligible for the Tier 2 discounts.
I can't get the site to accept my account number though. I'm not sure how you're supposed to enter it since there are spaces and dashes in it... |

Do you put in the three numbers after the dashes? Mine ends with -01-3. |

A minimum subscription to the services specified below is required to receive the corresponding rewards and/or discounts specified below. Customers subscribing to any of the services below on a promotional, first year introductory rate or under a minimum term agreement are ineligible for the Triple Play Rewards discount, but may be eligible for other benefits.
