I really had no complaint with the unit but I did have some glitch service until I figured out the internal radio was interfering with the usb evdo modem. When I reduced the TX power to 25% the problem went away. Now it runs constant with no issues.

I've gone through 5 of them from CompUSA and the last one
still is buggy as can be. All patches/updates were applied each time.

Personally I'd go with a cradlepoint, Linksys, or anything else you can get a hold of.
