Well, the legal threats are not hollow. It is only a matter of time before these guys end up in big trouble. Their ridiculous emails in response to takedown notices will end up in the court record.

Now, I don't care for the RIAA and their approach in the US is a ludicrous abuse of the legal process, but it is their property and sooner or later folks who upload and download are going to pay for it.
And once I buy a hardcopy of media it becomes MY Property, the **AAs have made their money and I have my Property, under fair use I CAN DO WHAT THE FUCK I WANT WITH IT..get it yet?? Don't you neo-cons find the irony yet that the FBI was SOOO busy chasing "media pirates" that the Twin towers were attcked and fell?? I find it pathetic actually
wow, p2p'ing dovetails into neocon conspiracy kook theories on wtc. i guess all that kool-aid really does help in bridging connections that were never there. hmmm...
What conspiracy theory? I stated FACT, your National Police Force had its collective head up its ass chasing "infringing IPs" on the interwebs while a plot was hatched and carried out to take out WTC. I didnt state who I thought did it.Its simply a matter of priorities. as in, Copyright infringment a CIVIL OFFENSE is more important than NATIONAL SAFETY.No conspiricy theories here ,,,sorry please come again. Flawed argument, either get some sleep or learn how to read.

Perhaps you need to reread the "Fair Use" section of the copyright law.

As for your personal attack, you are not correct.
