How long after you canceled your Sympatico service

Anyone tell me how long it took to get the box to return the modem after you canceled your Sympatico service?

They don't send a box any more. They send you a postage paid sticker.

Should be at most 5 days. If you don't get it after a week, call them back.

I cancelled on a Friday, had the sticker in the mailbox on Monday. I brought the modem to the post office the same day, even though I still had a month to use it. I used another modem, as i just wanted to close the account with zero outstanding issues.

Thankfully, it was closed properly and I havent had any extra charges.

I had to call them several times and it took over a month before I got the return sticker.

I waited and it didn't come and so I called Bell and it finally came about a month after I cancelled, maybe more.
Just got an envelope with a sticker for the modem and a pre-paid Canada post sticker. Shippped everything I had back with that label and never heard from them again...so far.
