Vonics outage?

Hi,

My phone has been out since yesterday...today there is no dial tone. Cannot sign in to their website nor submit a ticket. Left message at customer service but no response yet. Is anyone else having problems? Is the company dead (a la Sunrocket). Thanks for any info.

Yep, the same problems....the service works may be 4 days a week, and international calls works 2 days a week.....this company just took money for nothing.....no service, no customer service, no technical support......nothing
